Disliked: The hotel only had one elevator took forever to get up and down n the washers were broken n they told us they worked couldn’t even wash our clothes we had to wear dirty clothes

I love this hotel and...

Liked: The hotel looks and smells so clean. The room was clea, and the bed were comfortable. The tv in the room brand new with options to add the netflix and others app and feels like home. The staff is helpful and always with a great attitude. Location amaizing closed to food, shopping places and supermarket

Liked: Stay was good other than 2 issues listed below in what we didn't like
Disliked: I went to front desk to request a towel and was told.they would send one upper. Aftrr 23 minutes of waiting for towel. I called down to front desk to ask about the towel and then one was sent up in 3 minutes. But it took 26 minutes to get a towel to my room. And hotel wasn't able to find my paid reservation, so I had to call 2 different companies to find hotel reservation. But it was inputted into hotel system wrong spelling by someone. But glad it was found

Liked: Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is suite good. The only isdue is rooms are not cleaned as good as one would expect. I believe they zre understaffed and cannot keep ip with the crowd.
