The Hyatt Place Atlanta is a first class place to stay. Very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. I would recomend this to anyone needing a place in Alpharetta. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rate was very affordable, and the location was perfect for dining and night life. Will definitely be staying at Hyatt Place again.

Disliked: There was no body wash provided in the room, and the hand soap I had to use burned my skin.

Disliked: We arrived to check in, it took about an hour due to the system or something according to the clerk. She only offered after that information after I stood there waiting and I asked what was the problem. So then she say have a seat this may take a while. So then they assign us a handicap accessible room instead of a regular room. So we had to go back down to get this corrected. Ok we get to the new room, the lay out of their rooms are weird as well. The carpet needs deep cleaning or replacing. The ironing board in the room needs replacing, I couldn’t use it. The breakfast is less than par. They water down the juice by adding ice and letting it sit there, and the oatmeal was like soup. They charge for parking unless you ask about it first then they will give you a promo code for free parking which was not volunteered by any staff member upon checking in. She says I’m glad you asked instead of buying it, then you can’t get a refund. All in all I will not be returning to that location.
