Overall we had a great experience! It was our first stay with Hyatt!

Liked: Breakfast was great! I loved all the options that were provided to us.
Disliked: Our toilet didnt flush well. So, we had a work order placed. I am not sure what happened, but after the maintenance man left, it seemed that the toilet was worse

Very poor

Liked: Hotel was fine but booking .com messed up reservation once again . It's 3rd time in 3 years so won't be using them again
