Price doesn't determine the value

Liked: Location was perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Gentlemen that helped me get ice was amazing and so nice
Disliked: No room service/cleaning staying there for 3 nights. Freezer fan kept me up all night. Only one ice machine in all the complex. Key kept deactivating every single time I needed to use it. Staff was pretty nonchalant about the issues I had when I brought attention to them. Had a kitchenette with a stove but no pans to cook with?

overall it was good but...

Liked: good location, great staff, breakfast was great.
Disliked: we had to switch rooms twice because the ac didn’t work on the first one and we had a clogged toilet and maintenance took too long so they switched us. Water did take a while to heat up.

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. When we had trouble with a noisy neighbor, they did help.
Disliked: Walls are paper thin. There were loud pacing people above us (constant for hours) and it would have been impossible to sleep without the staff intervening.We did see a roach in room. Mold in shower.
