Disliked: No pool as advertised on website, toaster wasn’t working and housekeeping banging on the door at 09.34 asking when I am checking out? Check out is supposed to be 11am. Also over charged. I was supposed to be charged $139.45 but charged $155.21. Apparently refund would take 5 working days?

Liked: That it had a kitchen
Disliked: Yes the elevator was not working properly the hall was nasty and it needed to be upgraded the room was in need of paint and the bathroom had mildew.

Liked: Shuttle to/from airport and breakfast included.
Disliked: Facility was outdated, only one elevator working which was inconvenient, advertised as having a restaurant at location and it was not functioning, fridge in lobby where snacks are sold smelled like something spoiled, doesn’t provide complimentary water bottles to guest only Hyatt rewards members and there was none to purchase that didn’t smell like death…needless to say I canceled and left the facility.

Cleaning crew do the best...

Disliked: Outdated systems. Front desk staff either didn’t know or didn’t have the ability to print invoices for reservations from a 3rd party.
