Great location and value

Liked: Emily set a positive and welcoming tone from the minute that I arrived at check in. She explained the facility and amenities in detail and made sure that I would find my room easily. She immediately made me feel valued and that my comfort was important to her.

Don't let the photos fool...

Liked: Easy access to shopping and eating locations.Easy access to highway.It was quite.
Disliked: Access to the front office is not ADA friendly. There are just steps on the main entrance side of the building. The ramp is on the opposite side, but you can't park on the side in order to use the ramp. My 1st room toilet did not flushMy 2nd room shower was dirty and had mold build-up The furniture was shaky and dustyThe clothes hangers were dusty.The microwave fan cover was off, meaning exhaust from the fan blew back in the room.The plugs on the lamp bases did not work.The bathroom toilet seat was very low to the ground.As I was attempting to enter into building B, a maintenance worker for the hotel saw me struggling but did not hold the door for me to just offer assistance. He did not acknowledge me. The front office help, was great.
