Stayed only one night (attended a concert), and was quite impressed. Friendly, helpful staff; top notch, speciality cocktails; mezzanine and roof top seating areas for lounging including a roof top bar with fantastic views of Memphis and the Mighty Mississippi. Impressive and delicious late night room service menu. Walking distance to most attractions, including Mud Island and Beale Street. Room and amenities far exceeded expectations (King Suite). Very nice iPod stereo. Flat screen TV integrated with iPod as well. Highly recommend, especially if it comes discounted, but still worth it at full price.

Liked: Good location, only a short walk to Beale St and short Uber to Sun Studios and Stax Soul museum. Great view from the rooftop bar.

Liked: I enjoyed the stay. I did not eat.
Disliked: I had a do-not-disturb sign on the door, and someone knocked 30 minutes early on the day of check-out while I was napping before my drive out. It woke me up as I heard the door open but the extra lock caught it.

Disliked: The receptionist when we arrived was very abrupt and rude and not welcoming at all, as first impressions go, we were not impressed with the attitude or friendliness we received and this continued throughout our stay.

Liked: Everything. The location was perfect, just 10 mins from Beale St. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace view was amazing. We had a good breakfast in the hotel and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing. I would prefer proper glasses for juice at breakfast.
