Liked: The location was close to the base where my son was.
Disliked: When I checked in the keys they gave me did not work so I had to get new keys. I also let them know that I called to request a late checkout for my last day and it was not showing up on my reservation and I wanted to make sure that I had a late checkout. They told me to tell the manager in the morning.It was the noisiest room I have ever had. Right outside my window was the outside door to enter the lobby and it did not close quietly. Right outside my room door was the door to enter our hallway to access our rooms and it was not quiet either. The next morning I told the person at the front desk about my late checkout issue and he told me to tell the manager in the morning before I left for the day. I also told this person that my room was so noisy because of all of the people going in and out of both doors. He did not acknowledge my comment, so I continued and said that I was not trying to be a rude customer but the room I had was noisy. He still paid me no mind. That night when I returned to my room, there was a man in the room connected to mine on a phone call and I heard every word of his conversation as if he was in my bathroom. I had my lights off to watch TV. When I walked to the sink by my door, I could see the light was on in his room and see his shadow through the crack of the door by the door jam.The next morning the manager set me up with a late checkout for the day.I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I expected higher quality from the name Howard Johnson and did not find it.My Uber driver who brought me from the airport had to use his map to find it, the signage was not easy to find.
