Disliked: 100% not okay. The key kept messing up so we constantly had to keep rescanning it; the room was filthy; the blankets were stained and torn - it was disgusting; unbelievable; the heater took an hour to jump start. Do not stay here. It's overpriced for the quality you receive

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.Nice and clean rooms.Great location for walking to San Francisco attractions. I liked my morning continental breakfast of yogurt, granola bar, and banana.
Disliked: Short on bananas some mornings for breakfast.

Liked: Cleanliness, parking lot and the location.
Disliked: The hotel has a stair without roof and there is no elevator. You have to carry your bags in the rain. The breakfast is awful. Internet was volatile.

Liked: Great ownership and management. Converting to best western and upgrading. Needs noise abatement in center exterior hall.
Disliked: Noise and lack of light in room facing center walkway.
