Liked: Staff is great!!! I like that the access to rooms are individual and you don't have to go through a building to get to it. Location is wonderful.
Disliked: Wish they had a smart TV in their rooms. Bedding had cigarette burns in it.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I also appreciated that our children were in a room across from ours. Additionally the staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The shower was not very good. It was difficult to turn it on and off and the water pressure could have been stronger.

Liked: I liked how spacious the rooms were. I also, like how big the sink/table/mirror is.
Disliked: Where to start. The staff..... Hate their lives. And you especially. There's only one front desk worker that is nice and she's hardly ever there sadly. She's the best worker, I cannot remember her name unfortunately tho. But she is most definitely not Lisa and not the grey haired lady. They'll be nice once you kinda start giving same attitude back. No breakfast,drinks,clean bedding,clean towels,no clean rooms,nothing is clean. Stinks. Water pressure 👎👎. Can't have guests. They're extremely nosey. Have workers that stay there and they're always watching/listening. Literally always. Will follow you around and make you uncomfortable. Especially this one couple of workers. A dude and girl that stay there. Housekeepers don't understand a lick of English. I kept asking for towels and she kept saying "you leaving" and "no Espanol"? Eventually you just hand her the towels and pray to the Lord that you'll get clean towels. If you don't get service in the very very short amount of time housekeeping is there, you sure ain't getting any rest of the day. Make sure you answer that door. Some mornings you won't even get any even tho u gave them the dirty ones. All the way around, the worst place I've stayed. I'd rather stay at super 8 up the road than here again.

Disliked: The Bed Mattresses were sinking - springs were flat - one of the double beds was sagging. The bed we slept on was surprisingly comfortable though it was soft and looked to be sagging a bit

Disliked: The ice machine was broken. No pool. No laundry facilities. No continental or hot breakfast. Hard to control the temperature of the room.
