Disliked: No towels in room. When asked staff at front desk they stated only two towels per room provided. Not acceptable there were four people in the room. Ice machine also broken.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and attendant, cute cat in the lobby, thank you for returning the clothes I left behind.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold so the heater may have to be replaced.

Liked: Very central in North Bay and well suited for most downtown activities (cafes, pubs, music, parades, etc.)
Disliked: The room was in poor condition faucet all but falling off of the sink, mildew and grime all over the bathroom, furniture off level so that drawers would open at random. The room just felt unsafe.

Liked: Hotel was very dark when arrived. Needed to wait outdoors to be allowed entrance to check in. Beds were comfy, but the room didn't seem clean. Bathroom floors were very dirty and had a very loud fan. All night, it sounded like there was an animal or rodent in the walls and ceiling. I felt very unsafe during my stay and if it weren't for not having anywhere else to go, I would've left.
Disliked: Not clean and felt very unsafe. Needed to go up to second floor to get into my room and stairway was very dark. Bathroom had dirty floors.
