Liked: The woman at the front desk the night we arrived was lovely. Thats about it
Disliked: It smelled like old stale cigarettes and / or mildew. The bathroom was not clean. Overall it was gross

Disliked: Almost every thing, checked in at midnight after driving all night ( made a reservation weeks ago) the woman at the front desk had food falling out her mouth as she checked me in, they charged my card plus a 100$ incidental fee after about 20 min of trying. Grateful it finally worked out we headed to our room. Not too bad, big room comfy bed. Slept in til 1130, went swimming, and went out for a few hours. Came back to the hotel and our keys wouldn’t work! I went to the front desk where they insisted I hadn’t paid, I showed them my bank app and the payment taken by them! Ultimately they said I had to pay again or leave. All my stuff was in the room still. Oh and they had a sticky note next to the dest with my name and card information written down. Which I made them give me as well.

Disliked: They shut the lights off on me in the pool a half hour before closing time and refused to turn the lights back on

Liked: Good location just off the high way and very close to the Mystic Shoppes and Aquarium. The Mystic Diner right next to the hotel is fabulous
Disliked: The rooms facing the highway get the morning noise of traffic.Rooms could use a little updating, all in all good for a night or two
