I loved that it was quiet and super close to my needs. It was great to have a microwave and a fridge in the room. We brought snacks and foods to eat instead of eating at fast food places. Very clean for the price. Staff was great, too!

Disliked: Parking a little limited, but not impossible to find a spot.

Disliked: they made me pay 250.00 before I could get in my room for the second night due to two small stains that were on the carpet from when I became Ill. House keeping could have removed them with carpet cleaner, I have never heard of a hotel refusing to let you back in your room without paying a ransome! I have stayed at this hotel every time i come to Hershey but never again unless I get reimbersed the 250.oo they made me pay, My question to you whati If did'thave the money to pay what they demanded ?

Liked: Location was excellent; walking distance to desserts, brewery, and breakfast. 10-minute drive to Hershey park and casino. Restaurant downstairs had good food; don't go if you're in a hurry or incredibly hungry - you'll wait a while for your meal.
Disliked: No receipt @ checkout "due to booking online". I wanted proof of when I left so I knew nothing would be charged to my card after the fact. Checkout was leaving my key card (w/ room # on it) in an unsecured basket that anyone walking in could access.

Liked: Breakfast was almost non-existent, there was not much to like about the stay other than the location.
Disliked: Im guessing there was only one person working as you had to use their phone to call and wait for them to arrive at the front desk. Express Checkout was leaving your key card in a basket on the counter

Disliked: The room is to small and smell is bad The bathroom water is bad smell and the breakfast was so bad coffee is so cold and the orange juice is water. The customer service is so bad no body in the front desk. I don't recommend for any one the charge my over $200 dollar so I have very bad experience with the hotel.
