I would only recommend this hotel based on the fair price when comparing to other hotels in the area. I was very unhappy with the room as it was not even close to the pictures posted online. Very disappointing. I would give it a 2 star rating and will definitely book a room in another hotel my next trip to Tom's River area.

Liked: Proximity to Pine Belt Arena.
Disliked: Rooms were not as depicted online. We booked hotel based on pictures, mostly for my daughter, and the room was NOTHING like the pictures shown. Very disappointing. There was also a strange smell in the hallways - maybe fumigation smell, which was very unpleasant.

Don’t recommend.

Disliked: Grounds had garbage. Carpets inside were dirty. Glass doors dirty. Shouldn’t the facility be cleaned daily? Room smelled of cigarettes. Hall smelled of marijuana. Garbage & dirty towels in the hallways.

Disliked: I didn't like that it smells like cigarettes smoke and the cigarettes burns on the edge of the tub.The hallways smell like pot.We stay here often and the rooms that are completely updated are much nicer than the one we're staying in this time.The breakfast has nothing but carbs. No fruit? I'm still booking again for another night.After all we will still stay here.
