Pleasant
Liked: The hotel was under renovations, but the guy behind the teller screen was very pleasant virtually. Housekeeper did a wonderful job keeping everything cleaned And was in a quiet atmosphere.
Disliked: There was nothing bad to report.

Liked: That it was pretty close to my son's graduation from boot camp from the marines.
Disliked: Please rethink your stay here. I found a roach in my room. Took a picture went down to speak to customer service. There was not even a human, You had to speak to the kiosk. Worst experience ever

We enjoyed ourselves and slept...
Liked: I didn't like having to check in via video. Not very personable. The buildings end doors didn't lock. I would feel a lot safer knowing people just can't walk through the building. It would also be nice if there were wrapped breakfast items, such as strudels or sausage biscuits. Sorry backwards. These are things we didn't like.
Disliked: Things we liked was the price, the view.

Overall the room was nice,...
Liked: The room was nice, looks renovated very comfortable.
Disliked: The location. I didn’t feel very safe at night by myself with two kids. There were alot of people hanging outside the building, drinking, smoking, etc. being loud! We came back to Rio Around 10pm and they were people outside partying it seemed.

Overall was a good day...
Liked: Did not try
Disliked: Had sliding doors screwed shut which to me is hazardous in case of emergency. Side door unsecured and exterior lighting was below par. Didn't like the virtual check-in. Hard to understand and the virtual clerk didn't understand things that I said so just left it unresolved.
