Disliked: The facet was falling off, it was kind of dirty

Liked: breakfast was awesome. staff was great.location was convenient.
Disliked: two different hairs in my clean bedding; one black, one brown. neither were mine. carpet had not been vacuumed. microwave didn’t work. building was in disrepair. room smelled like smoke.

Liked: nothing. room not cleaned after first day. coffee not replaced,garbage not emptied
Disliked: noise all night called desk at 12:15 am about swearing and a fight upstairs , nothing done. noise continued until 4:00 ammanagement did nothing

Liked: The beds were so comfortable, the convience o c this location was amazing! So close to everything. And the front desk agents were sonfriendly too! I would 100% recommendthis place to other people..
Disliked: I didn't like that I had requested a wake up call when my phone was out of service and I almost missed my flight because I didn't get one.
