I was unable to stay...

Liked: I made this booking via Booking.com but when I arrived the hotel was permanently closed. I was forced to stay elsewhere at a much higher cost. I raised a support case with Booking.com but have received no response. I would be grateful if someone can get in contact to restore my faith in your service.
