Liked: The staff was helpful when we needed to switch rooms because our door didn't lock or to reset the room key because they stopped working within 24 hours. The AC unit worked well. Nice pillows. Good location in Little Italy, but homeless encampments were located across the street.
Disliked: The windows were single pane and the street noise was very loud.The room smelled bad like mold.The floors felt sticky and the bathroom did not have good ventilation.Door did not lock to room - but then we were able to switch roomsThe AC unit was SUPER bright so it was difficult to sleep. Not a good value.

Disliked: unable to find parking, staff was rude or no staff no-one to call for toilet paper no extra towels nothing window was broken and fell on us and no-one to call location was ok but def will never stay here again

Disliked: it was dirty and the floors were horrible, 1 night was slightly okay and anything past is unlivable.

Disliked: Staff was not welcoming or friendly. When I arrived to check in, the guy behind the counter was asleep. Me trying to open the door woke him up because I had to knock loudly. Overall, the whole hotel was beyond dirty! I don't know when the last time someone had walked through those halls and picked up. I have never seen a hotel and room that dirty. I don't know what was on the hotel room walls, floors were dirty, dusty and the soap in the bathroom looked old and used. Tile was moldy, tub was dirty, someone's toothbrush was still in there. Definitely, do not look like the pictures. Parking sucks, No lot.
