Liked: Great location for getting around and to and from airport. Staff were friendly but not over the top. Wine reception each evening 5-7 was a nice touch and the free wifi very helpful. Bed was super comfortable and big.
Disliked: Due to the location expect plenty of noise from nearby building works. Bathroom would benefit from upgrade.

Not great. We looked forward...

Liked: The staff were very kind in giving us a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our honeymoon so couldn't fault them that way. However the hotel was nothing we thought it was going to be. Pictures on this site are nowhere near realistic!
Disliked: The pictures online were not a realistic view of what was to come, we though we had arrived at the wrong hotel. And I'm sorry to say but the hotel smelled of urine, we had to go to the closest shop to buy a couple of air fresheners for the room as the smell was going for our throats!!

Nice 2 nights before heading...

Liked: Room was nice and pretty spacious! Could order UberEats straight to the room which was good. Location is fantastic and we walked all the way to the Alcatraz Port from there.
Disliked: Its expensive for what it is but I think that is just San Fran unfortunately. No view from the room as we faced another wall (inwards) but personally as it is so expensive anyway I would not bother paying more for a view.

Liked: Good location for shopping and if you want to take the cable car.
Disliked: Bad location for Uber etc. The driver couldnt find the hotel on arrival. Walls are very thin, and if youre room is facing the street wear ear plugs.
