Great staff and beautiful

Liked: The staff were always friendly and helpful. The entrance with water fountains is great bc it changes your mindset. I love that there was live music and free yoga!
Disliked: I wish the hot tubwas better taken care of..it wasn’t pool season that was closed, but the hot tub wasn’t particularly luxurious as other parts of the hotel feel. The King bed for a single made the room very small.

Liked: I loved the coziness of the hotel. The fire was a lovely bonus after a day out exploring. A nice place to relax and enjoyed drink. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed breakfast in the morning and the view was serene. The entire staff was excellent. It snowed so I extended my stay. Everyone was helpful and I especially enjoyed the convenience of the hotel van to take me places. I never waited more than a few minutes. The drivers of the van gave me excellent recommendations for restaurants. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I like the convenience of having coffee in my room when I wake up. I missed a coffee/tea maker. I also would have liked a small refrigerator. However, since it was cold and snowed, I put my perishables out on the balcony and they were kept cold.

Liked: Great location. Comfortable beds, clean, good staff, loved the offer of transportation. Close to so many things. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.
