Liked: Building exterior and interior, and room layout were great. The stairs were also pleasant to use and did not feel like an afterthought you wouldn't use unless there were fire.
Disliked: Bedside and floor lamps' switches were of an inconvenient sort, rotate-to-switch. They were inconvenient to grasp, and then one also had to remember to turn them in the right direction (i.e., try both until it would click).

Nice hotel, nice architecture

Liked: Location was less than 10 minutes walking from Quartier Champlain, Frontenac castle and most of the touristic spots.There was also a bus stop in front of the hotel, which was pretty convenient. The hotel gently suggested filling out a form to get two 3-day bus tickets for free from the city of Quebec. Perfect for our staying.
