Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: The room, the quality, over priced , the smell, lied about getting deposit back etc

terrible, not recommend to anybody
Disliked: During check in process (which was virtual) I was told to pay extra $85 for "third party cleaning service" and $15 for parking.I refused to check in on these conditions. When I booked the hotel, there was no mentioning of the additional fees. The whole enterprise looks like a scam. Recommend others to avoid this property at all costs

I need a full refund...
Liked: The distance from the beach was great
Disliked: I didn’t like anything I never even got to check in the property was inhumane & the “staff” was rude.

Liked: It was within walking distance of the attractions we wanted to see.
Disliked: There were no lamps in the room, just one light on the wall by the door. Several electrical outlets didn't work. There was an undisclosed $125 "cleaning fee" regardless of the condition of the room. We had to reprogram our keycards every day.

Disliked: Property and booking company arent on the same page with each other . On booking .com the cleaning fee said full refund and it was $100. When I get there its 250 half refund. A lot of back and forth going on. When I tried to call for customer service nobody would answer or they would just hang up my call
