A fantastic time spent with...

Liked: We especially liked the attitude of the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, informative and nothing was too much trouble for them. The cleaning staff need a mention here as they were fantastic in keeping the room looking great on a daily basis, that was most unexpected. The Hotel itself exceeded expectations, although we mainly used it as a base to to see as much of NY as we could so didn't have breakfast and only occasionally used the bar for drinks or coffee. All in all if we were to visit downtown NY again we would certainly consider using The 'Cloud One'. Thankyou.
Disliked: Silly things really, but sometimes these are the things that offset a great stay. We felt the proportions of Coffee/Tea etc. were quite meagre. Yes, we did replenish at reception who were more than accommodating, but I think at least 2 Coffees and Tea each plus milk/cream would be in the right direction. We also felt that the cost of the room was a tad expensive. There was nothing wrong with the room but it was a bit small and storage space including drawers was on the small side, the room felt a little claustrophobic. Only 7 hangers were available (my wife needs at least 14 :) ), jokes aside I don't think 7 hangers between two people is enough.

Liked: Really welcoming staff,; lovely room which was well serviced; fantastic location at an affordable rate for us. Couldn't have been better!

Disliked: Did not like ice located only in the bar. no hair conditioner or lotion. Refrigerator was bad, who only uses 2 hours of refrigeration at a time. We would have to wake up in the middle of the night to keep things cold.
