Disliked: Parking I don't think there is a need to pay for parking there were lots we're empty

Disliked: was charged to park overnight, it showed up on credit card statements- we paid to STAY there and ATE there but was never told hotel did NOT provide parking

Disliked: I paid for 2 rooms, ate in the restaurant and STILL had to pay $38 for using their parking lot. I called hotel, while desk clerk was sympathic, she could offer nothing. I was told "sorry, that's just the way things are done". I was NOT happy

Liked: The rooms were really nice and clean the view was beautiful

Very relaxing with beautiful views....

Liked: The view from a water view room was amazing. The grounds and pool area were very calming. Food was delicious. The size of a king deluxe was wonderful. Very spacious.
Disliked: The only two things that I could see improving was there wasn’t any local information or restaurant information in the room. It is always nice to know what is in an area of a hotel. My only other thing was the bathroom door. It is a sliding white glass barn door. It was lacking in privacy for me.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and amazing amenities and they are on such a beautiful location.
Disliked: The entire hotel staff was on strike. And they had their megaphones, drums, and whistles going from 5:30am until 8 and some days until noon. Sleep was impossible. Despite the hotel policy we received saying no loud noises or music until 8am, we were sick.
