Liked: Beautifully decorated
Disliked: Unfortunately for the first time ever in my years travelling I didn’t complete a final check of the room and left my designer sneakers and hangers in the wardrobe. Hotel Indigo state they have not been handed in and are not liable which means that they have disappeared between housekeeping and the next guests. A lesson to be learned… I own holiday lets and telephone ALL guests that have left items (even if it’s a pair of socks) and post them free of charge. My conscience is clear however I fear that Hotel Indigo staff may not have such a privilege.

Friendly hotel with super helpful...

Liked: Centrally located and very atmospheric hotel - nice sized room with comfy bed but very lumpy pillows...bathroom was small but the shower was excellent. The most impressive thing about the hotel was breakfast which was fast and copious! the staff were very pleasant indeed and hugely helpful. The public rooms were great - the library/bar/open courtyard .. very spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: It would be nice to have had a dressing gown in the room,, the 'extras' were a little sparce.. And please get softer pilows!

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous I felt the wine was a little expensive but it was lovely The staff were very helpful and efficient The room was lovely perhaps a few more tea bags We didn’t use room service but the choice was good
Disliked: The bed was quite high my husband has had 2 hips replaced I have nothing else to add here
