We needed an affordable room for one night to attend a concert. We were greeted warmly. The decor was cute. And it's CLEAN. It was great to be able to order food late into the evening. Everyone was very pleasant - no negatives from us.

I brought my daughter for a Saturday evening stay at the Indigo on May 5th to celebrate her college graduation and accomplishment of earning her degree in nursing. The entire staff was so accommodating and nice (special thanks to Nancy, Nisha and Linda for making our special day even more special!). I arrived at the hotel the day prior to check in, to request that a giant poster be displayed upon our check-in the next day. I left my "not so good" art work, congratulating my daughter with the staff and told them I wanted it to be a surprise. I'm clearly no artist, but was thrilled that the staff was more than happy to help me by putting out the poster - but they went above and beyond and dressed up the poster beautifully with glitter and decorative stones! Needless to say, my daughter was not the only one surprised when we arrived at check-in the next day. I had also requested a specific room on the 1st floor, close to the front desk and they went out of their way to make sure I received the room I wanted. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a very cozy feel to it. The beds were VERY comfortable which was great after peddling bikes all day and attending the taste of Pinellas. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we plan on making this an annual event, coinciding with the taste of Pinellas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone (and I will). Also very pet friendly and the free bikes are just a bonus! Donna Davis, Tampa, FL.

disappointing in the accomodations.
Liked: Location was very good, and it was why we have stayed there before
Disliked: We signed up for breakfast only to be told when we got there, that everything was closed due to Covid-19 which was fine. We were told there would be a continental breakfast the next morning, but there was nothing, not even coffee. My husband went out to the front for coffee and was told to wait, then brought one cup of bad tepid coffee. We really just wanted to hang out poolside. We ended up going over to the Hollander House to their pool (open) and having a wonderful day at the pool and lunch poolside. The room was super small, no fridge, no hairdryer and the bathroom smelled musty and moldy. Room 114

Liked: The staff was great, especially James. I loved the front porch seating area. And, my family and I really appreciated being able to bring our dog for a very reasonable upcharge.
Disliked: The sink in 105 sprayed a little, and the shower didn't drain very well. Also, there was very little space to set anything - not much in the way of shelves or side tables.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is great.
Disliked: This is not a 3 1/2 star hotel. Our first room had bugs, the telephone did not work and there was no hot water. We asked to be moved and were given a new room right away. The hallway had a musty smell and dirty carpet. The elevator worked intermittently.

Postage stamp room, very expensive,...
Liked: Great location
Disliked: No hot water, had a fire in the middle of the night, hotel closed. Fortunately, a very competent and helpful staff made the most of a bad situation.

The hotel needs updating
Liked: The location
Disliked: The sink and the ac didn?t work. The pipes made horrible sounds. The shower had no pressure and had issues with the turn on/off. The walls are very thin.

Comfortable but not pleasant
Liked: The location was excellent. The venue was old but renovated to give a 1950's feel. There was a large porch. There was comfortable seating in the lobby. There were water bottles in the room and a coffee maker.
Disliked: You had to pay $15. plus tax to have your car parked. The car was parked only by valet. The heating/cooling system was poor, poorly located and noisy. The pool and hot tub difficult to access and old.
