Disliked: Our rooms was not ready on time we didn’t get our room for 2 hrs and 15 min past check in. Staff was very apologetic and tried to help that was at the front desk. They stated the house keeping crew was behind.

Liked: Great location on the river, near charming downtown. Easy walk to river trail and lots of restaurants. Staff was very nice, in spite of being stretched thin. Hotel is fairly new, but maintenance is iffy.
Disliked: Very understaffed, and not well maintained. We stayed 5 nights, and there was no housekeeping for three of these. On those days, we got NO towels, coffee, cups or even TP until we begged for them from the front desk person who explained the hotel has only one housekeeper for the entire place. Fridge with complementary water usually empty, and sick drain plug broken in spite of obvious attempted repair. Mandatory valet parking is pricey.
