alternative hotel was nicer
Liked: none, cancelled without telling me. although They had arranged alternative accommodation near by.
Disliked: lack of communication

Hotel is not yet open
Disliked: We couldn’t stay in this hotel and they allocated us in the one across the street. We don’t really understand why it is offered in booking when it is not yet open.

Poor
Liked: We paid for it but never stayed there, they sent us to a different hotel so cant really say. Aloft hotel, where they sent us, was fine. Book that over this Indigo Hotel, you wont have surprises at midnight.
Disliked: We got there around midnight just to find out that the hotel is under construction and they dont accomodate people right now and asked us if we are sure it the right address (spoiler: yes it was) they sent us to Aloft hotel, right across the streets. They didnt expect us there, the receptonist was nice but asked us so wait cuz he didnt have us in a system. After 10 mins i was like what are waiting for exactly? After all day traveling from Eu i wanted to sleep. He told us he is waiting for Booking system so recognize our booking. After explaning we never booked this hotel but Indigo and they sent us here he called a manager to solve this. Horrible experience really. Bad communication booking.com and Indigo. And they gave us a spare room with separate beds. Fine but not really.

Awful
Disliked: Check in was awful. I had no idea where to go. Come to find out the hotel was closed and I was moved to another hotel. It took 45 minutes to check in. Awful experience!

I would never stay here.
Liked: I arrived at the property just to be informed that it was closed and I had to go to another hotel. I was not notified prior to arriving even tho I booked weeks in advance. it was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Very bad experience had to...
Disliked: The receptionist was very rude and this property is under construction and when you will reach there they wont assist you and ask you to go to some other hotels. I highly recommend NOT to book this hotel.

Hotel was closed - sent...
Disliked: We booked a room at the Indigo Hotel but when we got there the security guard at the front desk said the hotel was closed and that we needed to walk up the street to the Sheraton. Walked to the Sheraton and they told us we had to go the Aloft by Marriott next door. So eventually they checked us into the Aloft by Marriott but that was not the hotel we booked. Happy that we weren't turned away, but the whole experience was very strange and a little stressful.
