Loved the stay!

Liked: I loved the view from the Skyview room that I booked although I wish the windows were cleaner. The bed is supercomfy too. I was visiting for a conference and needed to be close to UW. The campus is amazing! Defs recommend to check out the neighbourhood. The link is in 1 minute from the hotel and you can easily reach downtown, as well as Gaspark, Ballard Locks and Kerry Park.
Disliked: Would prefer a little cleaner:)

Liked: Location near event I attended
Disliked: The building itself was very loud, heard other guests using the bathroom, talking etc, street noise also was loud. Overall the hotel felt run down.

Appreciated the dog friendliness and...

Liked: I liked the aesthetic of the building and rooms. The staff was friendly but we had some issues with our reservation through Booking.com and we had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to come sort it out. The hotel is very dog friendly which we appreciated too! Very close to public transit, I could see how this is a great spot for family visiting the university.
Disliked: As above, we did have some issues with our booking.com reservation and had to wait 40 minutes to speak with the manager but she was lovely when we finally connected. We didn't love the area but that's not the hotels fault.

Disliked: Had to call desk to have non-decaf coffee brought to room twice, body wash empty, requested twice and given a small bar of soap instead, the tissues ran out though I said they were about to run out, asked for room to be freshened up and ended up having no wash clothes for our 2nd morning. Carpet in room very dirty looking with stains. Front entrance looks the building is falling apart. Gym had no water , empty bottles and clothes left behind.

Liked: Everything works. You never know what you gna get with other properties, booking sites, etc. With a really good standard hotel, you get what you pay for.
