Comfortable, attractive place to stay...

Liked: Location is super convenient being right at the center of Santa Fe. Rooms are around a long courtyard. Rooms are beautiful. Fireplace in room adds greatly to the ambiance. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. More comfortable than most hotels I've stayed at. Coffee always available. Parking is below the hotel and convenient in a city with minimal parking options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Never felt like I was bothering them. Carlos came and made fires whenever we asked. We are repeat customers. What was not to like?
Disliked: Nothing

Underwhelming.

Liked: Didn't know there was one.
Disliked: We had the same room we had years ago. Not one dime has been spent on upgrading the place. The bathroom was horrendous with terrible tile. The TV was a miniature one. Not a dime has been spent to upgrade the place.

Disliked: It is very warn out. Doors don’t seem secure, and are very beat up. Bed was comfortable though. And, underground parking. Next time I will spend more money and stay at Rosewood nextdoor-which they have a great restaurant too.
