Liked: Very good location in the heart of Santa Monica. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and orderly.
Disliked: The facilies at the hotel are very limited. The parking was very expensive. The lobby and hotel corridors are very dowdy and not kept clean.

Disliked: The hotel was completely old, dirty and smelly. sheets were not changed even once in the hotel we stayed in for 4 nights.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR SANTA MONICA...

Liked: Perfect location for all Santa Monica has to offer. Great selection of shops across and further down the street. Short walk to the beach and pier. Buses and tour operators leave from right there. Superbly comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Overall a great place for our family holiday.
Disliked: Having to leave. Could not fault anything.

Amazing stay

Liked: I love everything about this historic gem in the heart of Santa Monica. Room 400 was simply divine with ocean views and big lush trees next to the windows. Our room was clean, and we felt safe as there is security at the door. I love the charm of historic building, and they’ve taken great care of it. Everyone who works here is simply amazing. The men and women at the front desk were so extremely nice caring, and accommodating. They went above and beyond! This is our second time staying here, and it was even better than the last with all the renovations. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us.
