Beautiful hotel with 5 star...
Liked: The staff at 50 Bowery are what stood out most to us. They were all so friendly and fabulous. On the day we arrived (my birthday) I had a knock on the door and received a bottle of prosecco, a fruit platter and balloons from the hotel. Such a lovely personal touch! The bed was SUPER comfortable and big. We got a great nights sleep every night. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The shower was huge! Everything about the hotel we loved and will be returning next time we come back to NYC.

Liked: We loved the location and the amazing view from our room. The concierge, Adam and Monica were extremely helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great...
Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very close to nice restaurants, shops and coffee places. The room was very clean and spacious and staff was very helpful. Our room was on the 10th floor and the view was just amazing! We only stayed for two nights but I d totally stay again!

Liked: Location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort.
Disliked: Staff. Check in desk reception staff very uninterested and pretty rude. I had ordered room service and realised the next day. When I was checking out I asked the reception if they could check it and refund me as the prices were wrong, I had been overcharged on three different things. I waited at the desk to speak to the restaurant manager. Then the reception staff lead me through the lift to the restaurant and told me to go there. No one turned up. I had to go back to hotel desk to be re escorted to the restaurant and told that the manager was on his way. 10 mins later the manager, called Brian, comes out of the kitchen completely blanks me and walks past me and goes out the restaurant to only return 3 mins later, stinking of cigarettes. After I explained what was wrong he was adamant that I was wrong. We walked into the hotel and I made my point again and he realised I was right. He spoke to the manager. The issue was resolved and I was given finally a correct bill (only after asking as they didn?t think to give me the amended bill). At no point did the hotel manager seem apologetic. No attempt was made to make the situation better in fact every step of the way I was made to feel like I was being a pain in the ass. All this is a shame as the bellboys were AWESOME. Friendly and super professional and helpful. All other staff definitely need more training and towards attention to detail.
