Superb

Liked: Great location on end of Manhatton bridge with close proximity to lower Manhatton. Staff were excellent and has a great rooftop bar

If you want to be...

Liked: Bed was comfortable as was the sitting area. Rooftop bar had beautiful view. Everyone was great. Also valet parking and one of best restaurants one block away.taxis also easy to obtain

Would reccomend to someone wanting...

Liked: It was a very clean and maintained hotel. The design of the rooms were excellent, and the staff were friendly. Not noisy or loud once inside the room. Value for price was amazing compared to other hotels.
Disliked: A few lights in the room wouldn’t turn on but that’s okay.

Liked: The front desk staff who Initially checked me in was super unfriendly. No idea why. Saw other guests been given info on the location, services available etc. I got nothing. She just held the card machine out for me to pay without explaining why an extra 100 dollars was added. It was a security deposit but I had to ask, such basic manners to Inform the customer. Clear that she had no interest. Other guests were given bottles of water …very strange. Later on I encountered some lovely staff at the front desk which made up for the initial strange behaviour. I had my dog with me and it was great to be able to take him everywhere. I got some strange looks from waitstaff on the rooftop - if they allow dogs I’m not sure why some staff appear disdainful. Rooms were pretty basic for the price. A real issue is that they do not have tea and coffee making facilities on site. I would rate it as a good 3 star. Would I stay again - no. There are more comfortable hotels available for the same price.
Disliked: Some staff were very friendly. Some were lacking.
