Liked: Great value. Great location just off Michigan Avenue and Miracle Mile shopping. Rooms geared nicely for biz traveler with free wifi, generous and well placed outlets for phone and computer charging; well appointed. Lobby bar a nice plus.
Disliked: Very little. Bathroom - a bit small.

Liked: The location, the cleanliness and the beds were great. The elevators were clean and ran well.
Disliked: I had issues with the non-recyclable attitude. Especially at the coffee extravaganza area. Although the staff were very efficient, professional, and almost always busy, they weren’t very friendly . The soda/water $50 a day thing left a bad taste in everyone’s mouth. I think you would be better off just charging people more. Everyone was talking about it; people in the elevator, people in the lobby, guests from all over the world. Poor policy.

Liked: The beds were super comfortable and we were able to check in two hours early.
Disliked: The room was uncomfortably hot upon arrival. But the AC worked quickly to cool the room down.
