Liked: Really bad, I emailed them through Booking.com to say I would be arriving late. I would need a late check-in which they offered this service. I’ve got no reply. I’m turning up late. I had no room no key and nowhere to stay. I had to rent a room somewhere else would highly not recommend this. I did not stay there.
Disliked: nothing

Lovely room bad breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was bad . Normally when I havd stayed there before , it's been a koveky breakfast . My friend had a large lump for porriage in her dish and refused to pay for it . My poached eggs were very over done . My kids wernt impressed so the next day we are out apart from that we enjoyed staying as we stay a few times a year while visiting family

Disliked: I could not fully close my window so it was good the bed was cosy.No bulb in my bedside lamp but I didn't see this until I was in bed!

Liked: nice reception from friendly staff. Great setting, loved the 'deli' shop in the groundsrooms and bathrooms are as stated, cant fault them.
Disliked: My kids said the coffee in the rooms wasnt very nice...no big deal as the coffee sold in the shop was great!I understand the reasons why, but was stuffy in the twin room as couldnt open the window much!
