I wont be back

Liked: I love this part of Beaverton. I grew up near here.
Disliked: Your woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible to myself and my colleague. I understand people have bad days but she was hostile to us from the moment we stepped through the door. Very sad

Disappointed and dissatisfied.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I did not like that the pictures are completely misleading. We thought we were getting a huge bargain. We didn’t. Beds were Uber uncomfortable. Dishes were in the dishwasher, dirty. Fridge was pretty in need of a good clean too. Furniture showed more wear and tear than an average hotel…this was just not an ideal place for us. On paper, great 10/10. In person 4/10.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: They charged me an $80 non-refundable pet cleaning fee which was not disclosed to me when I booked online. Also charged me a $10 parking fee to park in the hotel parking lot which was never disclosed to me until I received my final receipt.I had stayed at Homewood Suites in Medford the night before and there was NO pet fee and NO parking fee.Staff was not very friendly

Liked: Good breakfast.Good room layout.
Disliked: Staff rude, unhelpful,possibly racist.We arrived at 3;00pm & was told the two rooms were not ready. We did get one at 3;30 pm The other was ready at 5;00pm...disappointing Called the police-by law we had to vacate-due to incompetence of hotel. Room had a clogged bathroom-would have to wait a day to have it looked at, we were asked to use bathroom of travel mates. They were not prepared to call out a handyman/plumber until working hours.The room was not cleaned as requested, and they refused to clean Steven though staff were available. No manager or other was available. Rather they called the police.
