Do not stay here unless you want to find bed bugs and the most uncomfortable bedding in existence.
Liked: The location of the hotel was nice, we had access to public transportation to get to Disneyland.
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for four nights. On night two and as we got into bed we found bed bugs. We went down to the front desk to ask for assistance with getting a new room and having our clothing laundered. The overnight manager said he could move our room, but that any other assistance required the approval of a manager on the day shift. Upon getting to the new room the bedding was stained, there was hair on the walls in the shower, and the shower wouldn't drain properly when we used. The bed was extremely uncomfortable bed, you could feel every spring in the bed, and it creaked with the most subtle of movements. We returned to the front desk to turn in the keys from our first room, and informed the manager of the condition of the room, and he stated that I would need to bring up my grievances with the manager in the morning. The next morning when we spoke with the manager he offered to move our room a second time but we were informed the hotel would NOT be able to assist with laundering any of our clothing. Additionally, he offered to refund the cost of one night but informed me that I would need to contact booking.com for assistance first as that was who I booked the stay through. Later that evening, I stopped at the front desk to ask about getting keys to our new room and was informed that our room had already been moved. This was a surprise as all of our belongings were still in the room. We had to wait for a member of maintenance to come let us in as our keys no longer worked for that prior room, and it was clear the front desk employee didn't communicate with him about the situation as we were questioned about why he needed to open the room. So we moved to another new room on night three of our stay. I contacted booking.com for help with a refund and they said they would contact the hotel and reach back out. Within 24 hours I received notice the refund was being denied.

Liked: The location
Disliked: On a four night stay at this resort I had to change my room twice. On the second night we had to move hotels in the middle of the night due to finding bed bugs. Then on the third night we moved again due to cleanliness issues and uncomfortable beds.
