Terrible and shady…avoid at all...

Liked: Was unable to enjoy due to unavailability of room upon arrival.
Disliked: Upon arrival and check in, we were sent to a room that was in complete disarray. Beds off frames, bathroom tore up. Tried to give me a new room that didn’t fit my family and then wanted to charge me an astronomical rate for the replacement room and second room to fit us. They didn’t want to refund us, and due to booking through third party site, made us leave a $50 deposit on a credit card, then proceeded to charge said credit card over $400. Had to have third party site step in an advocate for us. Ridiculous.

Disliked: But, there must have been a dog or cat in the room (specifically the bed) before we stayed at the hotel. Pet allergies galore!!
