Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not sure how but they upgraded our room. Complimentary breakfast was very good, better than most we've experienced

Ok but not great experience

Liked: The set up was nice as far as lobby and the rooms also. The hallways were nice. The breakfast being included is nice, the laundry facility was nice and the fact that there was a pool was nice
Disliked: The breakfast was a little hectic because condiments for waffles are located in area that cant be reached while ppl are making waffles, and the mix runs out and was a bit of confusion about using the waffle makers, the customer service lacked as I was not helped at check in adequately and others had to go look for front desk person because they left the desk and ppl were there to check in, the cleanliness of the room I was in was not good because there was food stuck inside the trash can so I placed it outside my room and various stains and the room wasnt cleaned thoroughly, the body wash fell off the wall
