Liked: The hotel was in a great location and very clean. We spent our time visiting New Orleans & Homewood Suites was close enough, but not too far from town.
Disliked: The breakfast & snack lady was pretty vocal and was pretty negative. I heard her several times complaining about management or having to work. Front desk girl was not real helpful either. Negativity sends a poor message to customers. Others heard her.
