We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. The room was excellent. Beds were especially comfortable - loved the pillows! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Good location for a family...

Liked: The location is great. We really liked having a separate room as we were traveling with a toddler and baby. It was also nice to have a full size fridge in the room.
Disliked: The floors were dirty. The pool was broken and too cold. The hot tub was warm but it didn’t work either.

Wonderful place to stay and...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and helpful. Included breakfast was very good. Good value. I have paid much more for far less nice hotels.
Disliked: My only complaint is that the indoor spa was very warm. Heater possibly broken.

Liked: well i was actually the guest of the week! nice little mug and snack! very convenient location for what we were visiting for
Disliked: well i booked a jacuzzi suite and did not get that so i said ok i can deal i’ll just go to the pool and get in the hot tub, well the hot tub was ice cold and the pool was even colder and front desk said heating element was out and would be fixed this weekend! this weekend does me no good so being the guest of the week didn’t feel very special at all i really had my hopes up for a nice spa bath just like at home i even paid the $200 thinking i was paying for a jacuzzi suite and was very disappointed
