A must needed staycation

Liked: The pool and hot tub was great. Just what I needed.
Disliked: The bed was a little too hard. Bath towels were really thin. Other than that everything was great

Suite was good, beds very...

Liked: Breakfast was typical, not great not bad.
Disliked: more variety at breakfast. More information in suites. Tv guide, how to work stove, etc.

Disliked: Beds were dirtyBoth tvs didn't workThey never disclosed the pool was down for reservations and that the pool would be across the way at their sister hotel Hilton garden Inn. With cold waterOur car battery died and no front desk even tried to assist or offer just to sit in the lobby with 2 small kids. We want to the sister hotel they were so kind and respectful and jumped us with no issue even offered for is to stay in the lobby until we got service.

Comfortable Stay

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean.Staff was nice and friendly.I booked a stay for 3 nights but due to a family emergency,was only able to stay 1 night with no problem at checkout.Will definitely be returning to hopefully get my full stay in next time.Would highly recommend this hotel ✅️✅️✅️

Exceptional

Liked: The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. A special thank you to the office manager. The breakfast room was gorgeous! The room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Liked: The staff were great
Disliked: The cleanliness. And there was a strong odor of marijuana all throughout the hallway and elevator

The stay itself wasn’t bad....

Liked: The property was nice.
Disliked: Lobby and elevators were very small. Pool was closed for maintenance (not anyone’s fault). But, it was also super tiny.
