Disliked: Payment. It took some negotiations for them to accept my debit card. They insisted on credit card

Liked: The room was beyond our expectations and perfect for our large family and pets
Disliked: The indoor pool was really cold

Disappointing

Liked: Love that you have to use key card to access floors from elevator.
Disliked: Pool is not heated. Pool was very cold. Housekeeping supposed to come after day 2 of stay to refresh and get fresh towels and did not. Went to desk 2 different times and waited 20-25 minutes to ask for fresh towels, and no one was at desk. Went down for breakfast one time. Not very good.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and a daily hot breakfast was convenient and tasty. Also the location was great and free parking.
Disliked: The indoor pool was not prepared or heated due to the water heater being replaced nor was it announced on the booking site or at the facility. The water was iced cold even indoors. Also there is no bar at the hotel—there should be one.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Good parking nicer area. Convenient to shops and food.
Disliked: Scan cards for opening doors were down for 2 days. Had to ask front desk staff to let us in your rooms and elevators. Elevator inspection was expired over a year and half. Pool heater was broken, so swimming if you braved,it was a polar plunge. Breakfast was lack luster, missing fruit and staff was over worked. Didn’t have enough flatware and plates to go around. Tile was broken on third floor by elevator. Also, fitness room was way too hot. It was set at 72 degrees, way too hot to exercise in, asked front desk to change the temp to no avail. There were also no cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment. Left a day early because the kids were bored because the pool was broken and didn’t want to eat the breakfast. On another note I asked for towels to be brought up and was told by front desk that I had to walk back to the front desk to get them.
