Disappointed at failure to have a properly functioning cooling system.

Disliked: Temperature regulation system in room did not operate correctly, which meant that my wife and I did not sleep well any of our 3 nights at your hotel. We Set temperature at 65 at night, but after going down to near that level, fan turned off and temperature rose to 69, which caused us to wake up feeling hot. We would then get up and hit temperature button causing cool air to start blowing again. Maintenance staff were unable to fix this. Very unhappy with this most fundamental aspect of our stay. Plus a more minor point. There were no caffeinated tea bags in room when we arrived. Basic stuff that the facility should get right, not cause us to have to call front desk.

Liked: The rooms were huge!! Kitchen, living room and the beds were extremely comfortable!!! Location was also convenience, a lot of places were within walking distance.
Disliked: Everything was great.
