RIP off

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I booked online called the hotel was told they were full a my reservation. An hour later I received a confirmation and was charged. I was refunded $72 of the $120 I was charged. I was RIP off and will never use booking.com ever again. Wtf was I supposed to do after being told my booking didn't go through because the hotel was full. I don't care what your policy says about refunds I shouldn't have been charged after being told the hotel was full

Disgusting stay

Liked: My car got vandalized n drivers window smashed to pieces.Desk clerk said their cameras don't extend to the parking lot.In my humble opinion, it was just for customers to think their cars are being secured n protected by a camera.I had to replace my window for $500 since I don't have luability/comprehensive insurance.Place was ever clean. Very filthy grounds.Ended calling their head office which was a waste of my time.Tent people wouldn't mind staying there.They only need roof n heat to sleep in.Very disgusting motel experience.
Disliked: Everything Room leaks n flooded, we had to transfer rooms twice.Power failure for 24 hrsElevator filthy n half the time doesn't work.Doesn't Sanitary Dept who checks restaurant, check motels?

Horrible inside and out.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty: top of the refrigerator and crisper drawer handles, under cabinets, curtain, curtain rod broken, window screen was broken, couldn’t open window, closet area light didn’t work, shower, kitchen sink, stove top burners, and bathroom vent were all dirty as well as the entry door and required a 100 dollar deposit,

Besides the two employees in...

Liked: The two employees working when i booked in where awesome and cool. Had a few good laughs and generally seemed like awsome workers who knew what they where doing and in good spirts. These two employees wwas the one clocking OUT at 11pm and one clocking IN at 11pm there was some cross over time where both where there. 10/25
Disliked: Heater didnt work at all, sink in kitcheb didnt work thought was just turbed off when thought about it turbed it on to make dinner and then ended up with a leak and water everywhere..water from shower would not stay in shower assuming installed at a angle as drain not clogged and curtain pulled (walk in shower) and shower head not turbed out. To top it all off (im summarizing as i had a long detailed explanation and page froze and lost it all) we lost power as did alot of people and the lady working at check out was lazy and unprofessional she litterly had guest going abd checkinh if rooms had power to move. Gave them a key and said go check one guest had to check 3 rooms befor found one. I had another bad exsperiancd with her but im not typing it all out again but just say she is very unprofessional and seems like a lazy know it all employee. To top it all off myself and wife for homeless. I got a new job saving up to move into a A place But decided that we deserved it and And to treat ourselves, we decided to stay at a motel. Didn't have the money at all to do it, but we did anyway. And our experience was horrible to talk that off. We were told that the refund from the deposit would be a checkout or soon after and it was not as partially. My follow does state Three day or more before refund will be sent.Very saddened and upset..Last time will do and probably use booking.com
