Disliked: The room was dirty and there was bugs crawling on walls floor so I did not stay . Refrigerator and cabinets was nasty table had so kind of sticky gunk on it. I went back and told the lady at front desk and then I checked out was only there for about 30 to 60 minutes. Will not go back there and will tell others not to go there

Disliked: I was killing cockroaches all night . the reception works only from 11 am to 6 pm!! if anything happens after this time you are along without any help. imaging this happened in 2024

Liked: Leaving i was scared for my life
Disliked: This room is completely deplorable and unacceptable. After waiting for 20 minutes for the room to be clean, we walk in the room was completely dirty. There was trash all over the floor. Eyelash is stuck to the carpet. The tub is completely filthy

Liked: The staff was polite
Disliked: I could not lock my door the staff would have to let me in each time. It was something to do with the scanner system. There was no toilet paper. It looked surface clean but several things looked to either just repaired or in the process. I did not stay the second night.

Liked: The Manager was nice
Disliked: My room wasn't available until 8 pm then there was no hot water until the following day at 8 pm. I found a roach in my room in the morning. The toilet ran the entire time I was there.

Liked: Nothing, there was nothing that was the best. It was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The towels smelled good, that is the only nice thing I can say, and I had to wait to get those...
Disliked: SO much, everything was wrong and typically I do not even fill these out, but someone needs to know!
