Liked: Location for where we needed to go in the city. The GM was very understanding on our issues and the front desk clerk was also very helpful.
Disliked: The room was very disappointing when we arrived. It wasn't clean, floors were dirty, shower was dirty, refrigerator was dirty, the AC/heat unit didn't appear to work and was making a noise. There was a large gap under the door.

Disgusting, ghetto, childish staff

Disliked: The worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. The staff are almost all super rude as well as the manager. Charge you way too much and treat you like total crap. Rooms are dirty, no hot water, dog crap everywhere, needles on the ground, just generally awful
