Disliked: I had wanted to change my reservation, and the staff acted like it was a chore to do so and were rude.

Good place for a stay...

Liked: Nice rooms with a small kichen which covers basic requirements. All is clean and in a good condition. Also the bathroom is nice and everthing in a good shape. So far for me the best place to stay in Wilkes Barre.

Liked: Family friendly! The staff at the desk were wonderful and very family and oriented!
Disliked: I would say the view but that’s to be expected for the location!

Great for family stay for...

Liked: Pet friendly , staff gave pet treats and had had personalized cookies form my daughter’s softball team.
Disliked: Morning staff didn’t allow my 4 yo son to get one more serving of cereal even though the cereal set up was still there. It was only a couple minutes after 10.
