Property was fantastic, as I...

Liked: Our room was awesome, very roomy and the kitchen was fantastic although we didn't use for our three day stay, it was wonderful.
Disliked: The breakfast was below standard. My son and I ate "breakfast" our first day, convenience store quality at best and went off property the following two day for breakfast. There are too many options for lodging in the area that offer breakfast that exceeds expectations.

Liked: We loved the pool! The rooms were a nice set up and comfortable. The staff was great!
Disliked: Our toilet didn’t work and the room transition wasn’t smooth at all. The floors were dirty by the elevator and in the breakfast area. Very sticky and visibly dirty.

Disliked: Terrible communication!! Had a problem with my reservation and could not get anyone to answer or help after repeatedly trying via phone and email

Unpleasant Stay

Liked: The breakfast was decent
Disliked: When we came to check in at 5pm on February16th, there was a line of people waiting to check in. The front desk told me that none of the rooms were ready and that it would take 45 minutes to get our room ready. Our room was not ready until 7:45pm. That's 2 hours and 45 minutes later! In addition, the room was missing soap and when asked, we waited 20 minutes and did not received any. We didn't have extra toilet paper and the beds were not made properly. We did not receive soap and toilet paper until we asked for the 3rd time on Sunday. On Saturday, it appeared as if the last at the front desk was drinking alcohol. I saw what looked like a small wine/ alcohol bottle in the counter full then in the person's hand empty.
