It was a disaster

Liked: This property canceled our confirmed reservation 1 hour before check in. Claimed your company did not send the booking information in a timely manner

Disliked: Everything for cooking but a stove room 229 was men's public hair on bathroom floor between toilet and shower and for that price I was kind of let down as I didn't stay at a crack shack hotel! Clearly addressed this with check in and she took care of it and reported it right away
